New Family History Book At Amazon for Children

April 17, 2013
Aspen's Roots

Aspen, a pretty, young sapling, was new and carefree. She felt happy with her place in the earth amidst the wonders of nature until a change of seasons; great winds and cold landscape made her bare and thoughtful. With time to ponder and feel, she came to know the strength of roots that connected her to a bigger picture of family. Aspen soon learned that 'I'm not alone, it's not just me, I'm part of a family, a big family tree.' Aspen's Roots is a beautifully illustrated story of connections and service, speaking to children and adults alike. It proves a unique children's story and art book, written to inspire.

just tweeted that the author of Aspen's Roots is a friend of hers. After reading the above description I tend to agree.

A Here is a bit about the Author

Paul Sullivan is a young grandfather who, after the birth of his first granddaughter, chose to transition from an international career to a more 'simple' and meaningful life living off-the-grid in the Uinta Mountains of northern Utah. Surrounded by aspens and many other beautiful creations of nature, Paul pursues his passions for service, Native American history, and learning and sharing with others the many lessons of mother earth. Aspen's Roots, initially written for a gathering of his children and grandchildren, is his debut work.
