The Black Sheep

That infamous black sheep in the family, the person that nobody really wants contact with, the person who makes tracing a family tree almost impossible. Do we all have them? No, not necessarily, but those who do have one, know how hard it is to follow the trail. So try searching sideways. Check to see if there is a mention of a brother or sister, or even a niece or nephew. Anybody the deceased might have felt a connection with. Then follow that trail as far backwards as possible and should lead you eventually back to his parents.
